First up, a series of somewhat short clips of bug-powered KOF XI combos. Pretty interesting when I saw them back when they weren’t up on YouTube yet. 3 videos.
Next, a combo video which I have previously blogged about here. RJC’s Tempest. 2 parts.
Finally, a somewhat old video. KOFInvincible Novice Union’s Episode 5, in collaboration with Cyberfanatix. Nice combos by all the staff, and nice editing by Hinako. The video quality isn’t optimal though. Bear with it =P Total of 2 parts.
I think more than enough this time. Quite a lot of footage le. Hope you’ve enjoyed another entry in the series.
If I remember correctly, Equilibrium was T.k’s first combo video, and now he’s back with a second video. This video does contain quite a number of guests, but it’s dedicated to his friends anyway, so I guess it’s nothing unusual. Guests include some of the well known people from groups such as Phoenix Force, AOF Database, KOFDestruction and KOF BR team.
Combos wise, there are quite a few nice ones, some “commonly” seen ones as well as I think 1 prototype-powered MotW. A pretty decent mix I suppose, though it’s not like I can do much better or anything =X
Edited by T.k’ himself, it’s pretty nicely done with quite some effects here and there, but at least they do not really strain your eyes to be able to see what’s going on. I must say his editing has improved. Good job. The only blemishes editing wise should be minor errors in spelling and grammar. A pity.
Overall, I think this video is rather nice, though it’s quite short (after discounting the opening and ending credits). Perhaps for those who are lazy (or can’t grab from RS) can take a look at the streaming version. Enjoy~
The first official project of Combo Jutsu, featuring Ryu in MvC1. In this video, it features many awesome combos and bugs. Never thought combo videos of such games will involve elements that are more often seen in those of KOF’s and perhaps those solo fighting games. Things like interrupting supers etc really remind me of combo videos pushing the game to the limits. Pretty nicely done =)
The members who bring this show together are definitely big names in the community - AC Slayer, MotM, Loc and Hyper Sonic. By the way, it’s also MotM’s last appearance as a combo maker for a CMV, but still does a good job anyway, making sure he leaves behind a great name. Lol.
He is also the editor for this video, bringing his own style into it. Not many HD videos around, although the actual gameplay area is not that huge, but nice editing and stuff is done to the background and all as well. It’s definitely a pleasant watch packed with nice editing and combos. Fans of MvC1 [and ryu] ought to take a look at this one.
First up, a very nice video made by AV德. Apparently the 2nd video is some footage left out of the main video. Have fun watching! Many nice combos. The 3rd video contains even more combos, that may prove to be practical in a VS match if the opportunity arises. Good stuff!
Next, a screen lock CMV by Adakino. Some interesting ideas in there. Good reference for those planning CMVs for this game. And I actually bothered to upload this ‘cos it seems no one bothered to, or at least I couldn’t find. Haha.
Following that, another video from S&K. Personally I think the O.Iori combos were quite nice. Hehe.
Finally, a Lucky combo by folks at this Jap site. Though the hits counter stops, it seems that there isn’t any time for the opponent to evade, counter whatsoever. No opportunity for me to verify/research this though.
Whee. More in the series. First up, another nice KOF XI combo video by AV德. Enjoy.
Next, a pretty nice Korean [i'm guessing korean] combo video, although I don’t really like the background music. The combos are pretty decent =)
Next, a KOF 99 bugs & combo exhibition by some Japanese. I suppose the source of the clips are rather old. Pretty good stuff for those who need to build a foundation for greater things (e.g. me). 2 parts.
Lastly, a short teaser of a CvS series combo video (actually is Jap DVDs). Sigh, if I ever go Japan, I might wanna find out where to get all these stuff. Lol…
Bonus: MOTW DVD preview from Cool Soul, in collaboration with Dark One. Awesome.
