Yeap, this one is Japan’s own version of the Notting Hill kind of storyline, only put into a full series. Yah, and this series’ male lead is Kusanagi Tsuyoshi, who also happened to be the main lead in Japan’s drama make of My Sassy Girl. Lol, does he have some connection with Japanese remakes? Hahaha.
Well, personally I have not watched the original movie, although I think it’s supposed to be sort of a classic type. But it’s not that hard to guess how the story will go. Just a matter of how it goes in the process. Haha, quite many forced situations that seem kinda out of place. Lol, can’t be helped I guess, since they want a full series, plus there was a need to create more occasions where the 2 people from different worlds interact with each other, since it’ll play an important factor in the end.
Chemistry wise, I can’t say very much. Probably not that good, but still ok, since I think they’re not supposed to be that close initially anyway. At least it shouldn’t really be shown that much. It’s quite a plain story actually, which is probably not so suited for a full series. Oh well, I guess Fujiwara Norika as the eye candy can probably keep some viewers there =P
Overall, it’s quite a plain and simple story that took quite long to reach a conclusion. Nothing too special I suppose. Might be good if you’re a fan of Fujiwara Norika though. Ha ha ha.
