This movie was actually not in the list that I had intended to watch, but since most of the people agreed to watch this, then so be it. Lol. The opening of the movie made me feel like it was some old show, and indeed it is a (remake? parody?) from an old series. Hahaha.
Well, what can I say about this movie? Firstly, the storyline seems really random. I mean the way it progresses or transitions between segments seem really… random at times. Barely having enough links to go on. Lol, but I guess that’s one of the “features” of the show. Next, there are some funny scenes, but most of them are just the kind that you watch it once and perhaps laugh at it for a while. Probably not worth a second look again kind. Hic. And lastly, there’s some sexual references here and there. May not be that suitable for young kids even though it’s really rated PG here.
Due to the randomness of the story progression and transition, as well as the kind of logic that seems acceptable in the movie context, there are quite some mistakes that can’t really be considered as mistakes. Lol, but there are some continuity errors here and there though. Yep, the movie is not intense enough to distract me from noticing such things. Quite unsightly when you do actually get to spot such scenes. Hic.
Overall, it’s a pretty stupid show if you want to call it that way, but at the very least it provided some brainless (and lame) fun. Have a lower expectation of the movie and it’ll probably be less painful. Lol. My take: 5.5/10
