The third animated series of this title, excluding the OVAs and movie, and it has certainly come a long way since its first appearance on the small screen.

Basically, the show is about these 2 main female police officers Miyuki and Natsumi, and some of their daily duties and tasks. Of course, criminal catching is also a key part of the show, otherwise there’s really little meaning in “You’re Under Arrest”. Haha. The series also gives some time for outside-work life as well as the lives of their colleagues in the police station they work in.

Apart from some very exaggerated actions displayed, especially that of Natsumi, the anime is actually pretty simple in nature. The episodes are also pretty much standalone in nature except for 1 case where it spreads over 2 episodes. So yup, you can actually watch this without following every single episode and still not be lost. In fact I think prior knowledge of the prequels is not even required to watch this season. =)

Overall, it’s pretty much an ordinary anime series with some exaggeration in it. Oh of course, not forgetting a dose of humour and comedy every now and then to keep the attention span there. It’s watch-able in my opinion. =D Well most things are watch-able under me. Lalala~ =P
