Hmm, today was basically more or less dedicated to EG, the 3MC module I’m taking this sem. Morning was my last experiment of the semester, which means I can basically strike off 3 hours off my timetable liaoz! Yay! But isn’t so ya lar, considering my flu is quite bad, and yet making up for an EG experiment is no fun, since it’s 1 3-hour block so no choice drag myself to school (though still abit late. thanks 151). Not exactly a very good day considering my midterms (for EG!! zomg) was at 6pm, later in the day.
Ah well, good thing was that the experiment was sort of a pair work, at least 2 people sharing 1 machine, so can sort of co-operate. Haha, good thing got dom to cover a bit for me, cos I really quite chui the entire day. But of course I got do things also lah. I not so evil. Possibly the noisiest experiment I’ll do in NUS in the foreseeable future. I think one will suffer effects of hearing loss if he or she is made to hear that for hours every day. Haha, too much occupational health stuff I did during NS days. Hohum.
Anyway, the rest of the day is rather uneventful, especially the tutorials. Lol, or maybe I was too chui to look out (or hear for) special important stuffz that are note-worthy. Did try to “mug” EG during the breaks I had, but being rather sick, nothing much could get into my head (not that on normal occasions it could lah) so I kinda gave up by 4+. Decided that conserving some energy to concentrate during the actual test was a better idea, than risking “collapsing” while doing the test. Haha. Turns out the test is pretty screwed, at least from the few friends I’ve asked. Seems like it’s a competition who gets penalised less for the negative marking (by not tikam-ing too much) rather than who is smart enough to get high marks. Oh wells, I doubt the lecturer will be willing to let us know our results also, even if the scores are available in the near future. Maybe it’s a good thing not to know the score until a later time. Anyway I just hope I can pass this module lah, which isn’t what you should expect of a 3MC module. Lol.
Oh, apparently I have an assignment due on friday morning. Not gonna start tonight though. Looks like the next few nights will be burnt entertaining this. Really looking forward to the holidays man…50 days to go… Must endure… Meanwhile I really do hope I get well soon. Sighx.
p.s. the EG + flu combo is devastating. =(
