Wow, almost 1/8 of my university life is over. Well, at least no more lessons until exams on 26th. So sorta ended liao. Only dreaded exams up next. It’s the thing that makes or breaks your CAP anyway. Sighz.
At least 1105 is done and dusted liao, though I can choose to blog a few more entries. Think the most I blog another 1 or 2 only, so as to maintain my “consistency” rate. Hahaha. Hmm surprisingly I got band 1 for 1105 test, with 17/20 for tutorial participation. Kinda surprised I did relatively well to some people I know. Really must count myself lucky that my smoke grenade actually worked! Lolz. Hopefully the blog and project turns out fine and i’ll have a decent grade for the 3MC module, which might not appear to very significant in CAP but well every little bit counts doesnt it? Need to offset a bit (really a bit)of damage from 1231Y. Hohum.
Today had 2 finale lectures from 1101s and 1231y. For the former, it was a rather relaxing review session, filled with much laughter and ambiguity of hints (so they aren’t really hints la!). The tutors also appeared, dressed in rather formal wear. I wonder if Dr Ben made them wear like that just for this lecture, which they made a really short appearance. Lolz. As for 1231y, the 2hour lecture only took a little more than half the time allocated, doing a super “map” of the stuff we’ve learnt in the module over the past few months. The connectivity of the component is really -___-”. I know the topics are interlinked and connected (which is why I fear the inevitable invoking of things I don’t like from previous tutorials in the exams) but I didn’t realise it was THAT connected. Honestly, these 2 modules have the best lecturers for this sem, though they aren’t exactly “easy” modules. Oh well, university is about having fun, while trying not to jeopardise on your CAP. Hahaha…
Sighz, not exactly looking forward to exams. Though the 1105 test gave me some confidence, the nature of that test is way different from the exams I’m gonna take in some 10 days’ time. Smoke grenades work there for sure. And my true “abilities” will be revealed. Hahaha… Oh wells, hope I get something presentable can le. Not aiming that high (as compared to many others I know).
