Another short series, spanning only 6 episodes. Surprisingly, the pace is very fast and sometimes you have to kind of fill in some of the gaps yourself since I seem to find that there are mini-jumps here and there, especially evident between episodes though it’s not much of a problem after a while. You really have to pay attention or you might miss out some important details/events.

There’s also quite a bit of dialogue so you have to listen fast (if you’re watching w/o subtitles) or you have to read a little faster than the average subtitled anime. But don’t worry, there’s definitely enough time for you to understand what’s going on as the story progresses.

Storyline wise, since the show progresses at quite a fast pace and there are certain “gaps” here and there, it’ll take a while to figure out the full picture and appreciate the entire thing. The travelling between worlds can be a little messy since there are some historical events and some fictitious events taking place. Those who are good with their history might be able to sift out the facts from the fiction. I didn’t quite get the ending but oh well I guess it’s not all that important. Lols.

Graphics wise, it is quite pleasing to the eyes, though maybe some might not like the character art. Shrugs. The animation is quite smooth and the CG is quite nicely done for most parts of the show. Not very much to complain about.

Overall, I think it’s quite good for a short series which usually tends to be problematic in many areas. Quite ok except that the pace might be a little fast for some. Go watch it if you want to. =D
