Dont ask me why I decided to use such a big picture. I have no idea too. Just felt like doing so. Resize the pic? No point doing so since I’ve already used some webspace uploading this picture anyway.

Ok, enough of off-review talk. Now, let’s see. This series is another short one, spanning 13 episodes, with 1 special live-action episode before the animated series began its airing. Honestly, whether you watch the live-action special or not doesn’t really affect your experience while watching the animated series.

As for the series itself, in the first few episodes you’ll be curious to find out who the real identity of the Skull Man is, and want to find out more details about the religious sect and all the strange occurrences in the town and how all of them link together.

However, towards the end of the show, it kinda lost its magic. Suddenly there’s quite a few characters showing their true intentions and things come to an end rather quickly. Even with that said, the epilogue doesnt really give a definite ending to how things will go on from there. I guess it’s all up to the viewer’s imagination and discretion.

Overall a watch-able show (well I normally dont give shows a non-watch-able status), though I have a feeling quite a number of people will actually dislike a show like this one.

p.s. I find the wiki article quite interesting. Haha.
