This is one amazing video by the Japanese, and it’s only a trailer to a DVD that they’re gonna sell (if I got that right). This game wasn’t really that “thoroughly researched” like some other fighting games are. And yeah, its sequel is probably much more popular than this one.
I’m interested to see the full video, but I guess it’s kinda unlikely since DVDs of these kind hardly reaches to places outside of Japan. Goes to show Japan’s fighting game community is still strong over the years! Hardcore players constantly striving their best to break the game in different and innovative ways.
Enjoy the clip and see the nice setups, though a lot of them require very strict conditions (still possible to achieve without cheats/hacks theoretically). After all it’s a combo video, not a VS video. Hahahaha…
